FlexiPosition WhatsApp Chat lets Shopify merchants add a customizable WhatsApp click-to-chat button to their Online Store through a Shopify theme app embed.
Billing
The app is offered on a paid subscription plan billed through Shopify. Pricing and billing details are shown in the Shopify App Store listing and handled through Shopify App Pricing.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for:
- Entering a valid WhatsApp phone number.
- Ensuring their use of WhatsApp complies with WhatsApp's terms and applicable laws.
- Providing accurate storefront and support information to shoppers.
- Maintaining access to their Shopify store and theme editor.
Third-Party Services
WhatsApp is a third-party service. This app is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. The app opens a WhatsApp link based on merchant settings but does not control WhatsApp availability, account status, message delivery, or conversation handling.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available and reliable. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, Shopify platform changes, or third-party service availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the app.
